We are a small Highland home bakery based in Inverness and specialising in dairy, gluten & wheat free cakes and puddings– of the most scrumptious kind! These are handmade and can be decorated in a variety of styles to suit your tastes. A range of flavours and special diets are catered for.

We pride ourselves on using only the best of ingredients, including our own seasonal fruits, vegetables and free-range, organic eggs from our very own hens.

After intensive research we've perfected our recipes to allow us to specialise in catering for people who have food intollerances. You should note, however that although we take great care to use dairy, gluten and wheat free ingredients our cakes and puddings are baked in kitchens that also handle ingredients that contain gluten and dairy.

In the interests of our customers' health and well-being, Capability Brown's Cuptails & Dreams does not certify our products 100% safe for indivuals who have severe allergies. Customers who require further information on the ingredients used should contact us. We also use nuts in our kitchen so cannot guarentee a nut free product, although we do our very best to stop cross contamination of ingredients.
