Layer Cakes

Our ‘2 layer’ layer cakes use the same sponge as we make for our cupcakes. They have a filling between the two layers and on the top customised with decorations. The cakes come in three different sizes: 8” (roughly 10-12 portions), 10” (approx 20 portions) and 11” (25 plus portions). Prices start at £16 for a victoria sponge and from £30 for a celebration cake.

Chocolate Cake
A moist 70% cocoa-based cake filled and covered with chocolate buttercream icing. Beautifully decorated with complimentary spinkles and. /or flowers.

Lemon cake or Lemon Drizzle Loaf cake
Our zesty lemon cake is filled and covered with a fresh lemon buttercream icing, lemon curd and decorated with more icing, or personalised with your own designs.

Coffee and Walnut Cake
A delicious coffee and walnut sponge with coffee buttercream icing and decorated with dark chocolate espresso beans and walnuts.

Vanilla Sponge
The basic but delicious combination of vanilla sponge and vanilla or chocolate buttercream. This can be personalised with sugar letters or decorations for special ocassions.

Traditional Victoria Sponge
A classic light and fluffy vanilla sponge with your choice of vanilla buttercream with strawberry or raspberry jam as a filling, or jam and fresh strawberries or raspberries.
